PromptBox

Think Google Drive but instead of spreadsheets and essays, it's text snippets. Keep commonly used text in one place to be accessed anywhere, mobile or web. Organize them into folders and share with other people.

Useful things to save are AI prompts, email addresses, customer support responses, addresses, and much more. Really anything you want to not forget and not have to manually type ever again.

Here's why I think it's impressive

PromptBox isn't just a little side project - it's a real SaaS product with real users that makes real money. I deal with customers and add feature requests and fix bugs and make strategic product and pricing decisions. I have to minimize downtime and maximize product quality to keep people using my software.

1. It's Real

2. I own the product

Every line of code was either written by me or by someone I led (freelancers). I manage the entire tech stack and had to make all architecture decisions to minimize cost, simplify development process, minimize technical debt, and all other implications related to architecture decisions.

3. It's non-trivial

While simple in theory, there's actually a lot that went into this software. There's a web app, iOS app, Chrome Extension, and even a desktop app for macOS. It wasn't easy to tie all of these together seamlessly. It's not easy battling all edge cases on different devices and browsers.
